Template: You are required to use the ACM Word or LaTeX style
templates to prepare your paper.
Main conference paper authors: Please format the
ACM
"sigconf" template
based on your selection of copyright transfer options. All accepted papers
of registered authors will be included in the proceedings published by ACM
Digital Library (Note that ACM copyright permissions are directly compatible
with NIH and similar open access policies,
see http://authors.acm.org/main.html
for more information.)
Poster authors: Please use one of the linked-to templates.
Please replace "http://dx.doi.org/" in the copyright text box with the http://dx.doi.org/url which is specific for your submission and included in the ACM rightsreview confirmation email upon completing your copyright form. Please note that ACM only sends copyright or license information to first authors rather than corresponding or submitting authors.
More details on copyright can be found in Section 2.
PDF Page Limit: The camera-ready paper must be in PDF.
The page limits are:
Main conference: 10 pages
Workshop and Short papers: 6 pages
Poster: 1 page

Poster authors: A poster paper does not have to use the full page. You can choose to leave the main body empty, but title, author list, abstract, categories and terms are required, and you must use ACM template.
Fonts: ALL fonts must be embedded within the PDF file. A document on how to embed your fonts can be found at: acm.org - Word to PDF Instructions. Please download the ACM Digital Library optimal distiller setting file from acm.org - Job Options. If you are using Latex, instructions can be found from acm.org - Submission FAQ. You can check if all the fonts are embedded by following this procedure:
Categories and Terms: You should apply ACM Computing Classification categories and subject descriptors as well as general terms. The templates provide space for this indexing and point authors to the Computing Classification Scheme at: acm.org - Classification System. Please look at it closely to find appropriate categories.
Paper Size: The paper size must be US letter — 8.5 by 11 inches (215.9 mm x 279.4 mm). You can check if the paper size is correct by following this procedure:
Only first authors of the accepted papers will receive the copyright/permission form and instructions from ACM. Please note that before you submit your form, make sure that the title, the author names and order on the form EXACTLY match those on your camera-ready paper. The form is generated based on your submission made earlier, if you later change the title, the order of authors, the names of authors, or add/drop authors, please EDIT the paper information before sign and submit your form. On the form ACM sends you, there is an edit form link by which you can edit any meta information of your paper. Please note that such changes must be made before you click the submit button.
Please note that according to all versions of ACM copyright and license agreements, you can post your peer-reviewed, accepted version of you paper on any repository legally mandated by the agency funding the research on which the work is based (see the FAQ at http://authors.acm.org/main.html)
